I love honeycomb so when I saw this recipe in Taste, I just had to try it. A simple but decadent before bed drink.
- 2 cups milk
- 50 g chocolate-coated honeycomb candy, chopped
- 70 g milk chocolate, chopped
- Warm 2 cups milk over low heat. When it starts to simmer, add a 50g chopped honeycomb bar and 70g chopped milk chocolate pieces. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes or until chocolate is melted and well combined. Serve immediately with scoops of vanilla ice-cream, if desired.
