- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 60 g cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons diced green bell peppers
- 1 cup lettuce
- 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs (minus the yolks)
- Mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
