A yummy little bunt cake. Great with a sprinkling of icing sugar or a honey glaze.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in egg yolks one at a time, beat in honey.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients.
  5. Blend into creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
  8. Turn batter into a greased 9 inch tube pan or bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely.
