This was REALLY excellent, and I had raving reviews from my dinner audience. I had personally never eaten buffalo meat before and I have to say it was hands down the best burger that I've ever eaten, much less made personally. <br/>I had uncooked buffalo left-overs the next day... So I sauteed green peppers, broke the patties up to cook, mixed in the peppers, and covered with cheese for a really good sandwich

These are probably some of the best burgers I have had in a long time. I loved the taste of them, and the sauce was excellent! I made homemade hambuger buns (Recipe #382569) and served the burgers with Recipe #61830. I didn't need to put anything else on the burgers - they're perfect! Thanks, this recipe is a keeper! :)
