I use my food processor and leave this a bit chunky. Serve with crackers or on Rye bread. Cook time is chill time.
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1⁄2 small onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 5 small sweet pickles
- 1⁄4 cup prepared mustard
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- Cut sausage into small pieces.
- Put sausage, onion, pickle, and egg into processor and process until desired consistency.
- Add mustard and mayo to mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
