I took all the healthy ingredients I could find and modified another recipe I had, this one is real healthy! I use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons shallots
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender, or use a Magic Bullet, or Stick Blender.
- 2. Blend until smooth.
- 3. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
