  • 4 egg whites
  • 78.07 ml uncooked oatmeal
  • 44.37 ml sugar-free raspberry preserves
  • 14.79 ml cocoa powder
  • 0.25 ml vanilla extract
  • 29.58 ml nestle Nesquik no-sugar-added chocolate powder

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and pour into a 6-inch omelet pan.
  2. Cook on medium 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and cook 1 to 2 more minutes or until done.
  3. Serve with fruit (berries).
