    Judy (Chef #265760)'s Note:

A family favorite that has been around for decades. Great for small, medium, or large groups, since it's served buffet-style. Recipe was given to us by a friend in Oregon.

This is similar to a recipe I used to make at a group home I worked at a few years back. It was one of our favorite meals. The recipe we used was different though. Instead of using chicken broth we would mix one can of cream of chicken soup with a half cup of mayo and a half cup of sour cream. Black olives are good on top too.
