- 118.29 ml butter
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 1 egg
- 473.18 ml flour
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 1.23 ml salt
- 59.16 ml cocoa
- 118.29 ml milk
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 118.29 ml chopped macadamia nuts
- 236.59 ml coconut
directions
- Cream butter and sugar well.
- Add beaten egg.
- Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Stir until flour is just moistened.
- Add vanilla, nuts and coconut.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3rds full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
