ingredients

2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese, softened
226.79 g can crushed pineapple, drained
29.58 ml minced onions
4.92 ml seasoning salt
236.59 ml chopped pecans

directions

Blend together all ingredients thoroughly. Mold into ball and roll and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.

I can see why you serve this all year round!! I had a hawaiian themed party and needed some recipes that went with it, and saw this one and went hmmm... Interesting mix of ingredients, nothing I'd ever dream of putting together myself, but hey, someone liked it enough to post it so lets do it! Oh WOW it is SO good! Even with the ham and other dishes we had, this one disappeared first! Had to make copies of the recipe before everyone left. Definitely a keeper, thanks so much for sharing!!

Hi! My name is Terri. I have been happily married for 28 years to Jim. We have 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy. I have a grandaughter, Delilah. She is 18 months old. We live in a rural area. My favorite cookbook is an old Betty Crocker Cookbook that I have had before I was married. I like to sew, crochet and to do crafts. I am a 4-H Club Leader and I have a great group of kids this year. They keep me very busy and I wouldn't have it any other way. We do 3 fairs in the area.
