  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream and soup.
  2. Stir in hashbrowns, pork, process cheese, and onion. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased 3 qt baking dish.
  4. Toss cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle over top.
  5. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
