ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄4 cup diced onion
- 1⁄2 cup Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 quart milk
directions
- Saute meat and onion, drain excess fat.
- Add milk and cheese and heat to boiling.Mix flour and water for thickening and add to gravy.
- Simmer 4-5 minutes.
