Ham & Cheese Ball

"This recipe for a cheese ball comes from ichef. It was a huge success with my family this past Thanksgiving. Hope you enjoy it!"

• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 2 balls

ingredients

• 1 cup ground ham
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill for several hours.
3. Shape mixture into 2 balls.
4. Roll in chopped nuts.
5. Serve with crackers.
