This is a yummy bread that is given at the Piney Creek Inn Bed & Breakfast in Wyoming.
- 6 -7 ounces cooked ham, finely diced
- 8 ounces shredded cheese
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spread into greased 10 x 15-inch pan;.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
