- 226.79 g package cream cheese, softened
- 453.59 g package powdered sugar
- 2 (340.19 g) package baker premium white baking chocolate, melted
- 7.39 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml pecans, toasted and chopped
- 0.52 ml yellow food coloring
- 0.26 ml red food coloring
directions
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition.
- Add white chocolate, vanilla, pecans, and food coloring; mix well.
- Spread in a foil-lined 8 inch square pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into squares.
