From the Avocado Advisory Board.
- 4 avocados, mashed
- 118.29 ml green chili pepper, finely chopped
- 59.14 ml onion, minced
- 4.92 ml salt
- 118.29 ml lemon juice
- Combine ingredients. Cover and chill.
Loved it.. I wasn't quite brave enough to put in the entire half cup of chili peppers, so did about half the amount, used the stick blender to mince them and then mixed throughly though the avocados to make sure that no one got a whole mouthful of heat. We'll obviously have to work up to the half cup, since it was definiately hot enough for our tastes. The taste was good and I also used a little less lemon as several family members are not big on it. If it were me alone I would have put in more lemon but they said it was perfect.
