This turned out fairly well for my family dinner tonight. I didn't have any celery on hand, so substituted zucchini.
While it tasted good, I find that ground chicken tends to smell a little funky even after cooking. That's not the fault of the recipe though.

I really liked this and it was easy to put together. The only thing I did different was to add a 19 oz can of tomatoes after tasting. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for posting!

This was a great, simple recipe that I would use again. I spiced it up a little bit by adding fresh hot peppers as well as the crushed pepper flakes. I also added cumin, and about 2 Tablespoons of chili powder. This was my first time using ground chicken, and I found I don't care for the taste, so next time I will use beef, or possible wild rice for a veggie version.
