Grilled Turkey Panini Sandwiches

"I first had one of these in the brewery in Grand Marais, Michigan in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I love these leftover turkey sandwiches, may also use chicken. I will also roast turkey breast when I get a craving for these sandwiches. May add more or take away the amounts of ingredients in the sandwich spread, they are guestimates, as I just dump and add to taste."

I have been married to my wonderful husband for 17 years, and together for 20. I have one daughter who is 22 years old, has a fiance, and cute little puppy. She just made me a very proud grandma this September 16th for the first time, and will be getting married next August 2nd. My avatar is of my DD. I spent last winter and some of the summer going to Cosmetology School. I have finally graduated, and passed both the state boards. I love to snowmobile, camp, canoe, skate, read, spend time with family, cook and entertain. Of course like every one else here I spend a lot of time on Zaar. I love this place.
