Wow, it was FABULOUS! I expected it to taste really bad, I was making it for my husband and some of his oriental friends (I was doing ice cream on request and this was next on the list), tried a bit as I packaged it and was amazed! The only thing that dissapointed me what that I didn't think to make more! The recipe basically makes enough for like 4 people so I didn't get to have a full serving. I took the advise of some of the raters and use 6 bags of tea. I thought the taste was perfect, but then again I have never had green tea ice cream so I have nothing to compare it to. But the taste strength did seem fine, not to thin or strong. I am making this one again reeeeaaaal soon...this time all for me! Great recipe, simple, easy and delicious!

I made this last night.. when I couldn't sleep... I loved that with this recipe, you didn't need the matcha green tea powder.. and it actually turned out good! Although, I did read the reviews first.. so I added 2 more tea-bags... I also added some green food coloring.. so it actually looks like green tea ice cream, haha..I'll upload a pic of it in a bit :)

Definitely doing it again!
