- 1 egg white
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Beat egg white.
- Add milk, parsley, garlic, onion, rice, cheese, curry powder and salt.
- Stir well.
- Place in a non-stick sprayed 7 inch ring mold and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
