Greek Salad Dressing

"Much better than anything you can buy and pretty simple to make. I double or triple it and store the extra in a cool dark cupboard."

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1⁄8 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 garlic clove
• 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1⁄2 cup canola oil
• 1 tablespoon oregano

directions

1. Combine all but oils and oregano in a blender on low. Continuing on low, SLOWLY pour in oils in a steady stream. Transfer to glass storage container and mix in oregano. Put on lid or plastic wrap. Shake before serving.
