- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
directions
- Combine all but oils and oregano in a blender on low. Continuing on low, SLOWLY pour in oils in a steady stream. Transfer to glass storage container and mix in oregano. Put on lid or plastic wrap. Shake before serving.
