Greek Pasta Salad

ingredients

• 16 ounces pasta
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 medium green pepper, chopped
• 1⁄2 small red onion, chopped
• 1 1⁄2 cups feta cheese, crumbled (6 ounces)
• 3⁄4 cup black olives, sliced
• 1⁄2 cup Italian salad dressing

directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
2. Mix together pasta with remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight.
3. Before serving, stir. Add additional 1 - 2 T salad dressing if desired.

This is a great recipe. It was easy to prepare and my family loved it. This is a great fresh summer salad.
