This was really good and easy.
- 8 ounces cream cheese with chives
- 8 ounces hummus
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
- 2 1⁄2 ounces sliced black olives
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Spread cream cheese on rimmed plate/platter.
- Top with hummus.
- Layer cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives and green onions.
- Optional: add pine nuts, chopped mild peppers, chopped beets.
- Serve with pita chips.
