  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas, and then mash in the vanilla and coconut oil; aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, almond meal, shredded coconut, cinnamon, salt, chocolate and baking powder.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. The dough is very loose and does not hold together well, but don't worry about that.
  • Take a couple teaspoons of teaspoons of the dough in your hand, and gently form a ball, and squeeze it together as much as you can.
  • Place 1-inch apart on baking sheet. Bake for 14 minutes until bottoms are golden. Let cool for about 20 minutes to set.,.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
