Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies

These are gluten free and very simple to make. I always use liquid stevia in my recipes because it's better for you and good for your stomach.

These were alright, but I was pretty disappointed. I had to add a little plain applesauce to the batter to thin it out some because the batter was way too thick. It wouldn't of spread the way it was. I also added baking mini m&m's to the mix. They were fudgy, but they had a weird texture to them and didn’t taste quite as chocolaty as I would’ve liked. Oh well, it was worth a try.
