An easy way to dress up parsnips

Our first time eating parsnips and they were really good, but maybe a little bit too sweet for our tastes. Will make these again but cut back on the sugar a little bit.

  1. Cook parsnips in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. In small saucepan, add butter, sugar, and orange juice, bring to a boil.
  4. Pour over parsnips, tossing lightly to coat.
