I love the combination of sweet and spicy in this sauce.
- 2 1⁄2-3 lbs chicken, cut up
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- Arrange chicken in a baking dish skin side up.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken pieces.
- Bake, uncovered at 350F for 1- 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
