- 4 slice gingerroot, 1/4 inch thick
- 59.14 ml light brown sugar
- 1419.54 ml boiling water
directions
- Bruise ginger slices with the flat side of a large knife blade. Place ginger in a large tepot and add sugar and water. Steep 5 minutes.
