This is great and really healthy, too. I have made it twice recently but had full fat regular unsweetened yogurt on hand instead of the Greek yogurt so used that. I was too lazy to squeeze a lemon the first time so just used a tablespoon of red wine vinegar instead. The second time I used the lemon. I love both versions. Thanks for posting, Doelee, I'll use this one again. I also like the idea from another reviewer that it can be used on gyros - I'll try that, too!

I havent made this recipe yet I just need to buy some dill But I live in Germany and this dressing is THE BEST ever made. You dont even need a ton of it just a few tablespoons to coat everything nicely. OMG and to put it on a Doner *Gyro for my fellow Americans* sandwich YUMMY!!! Thank you so much for posting this recipe it will become my best friend when we move back to the states.

I love to cook and eat. I try to avoid time consuming and expensive recipes. Most of the time I will use a recipe as a guideline to make me feel comfortable enough to then follow my gut, and be creative. It usually turns out. I try to add fresh herbs and vegetables to recipes. I am definately better with savory items. Baking is very exact. It gives me the energy to keep on trying new things from Food.com.
