From charleston Spirits. from the 1960's of the Bartenders at the Mills Hyatt House. this was mixed by Eddie matthews and servied at a luncheon at the Parklane Hotel in new York. The recipes were published a very long time ago in the Charleston Evening Post
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Bourbon, recipe calls for Old Crow Light bourbon
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 1⁄2 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- mix ingredients in blender with crushed ice. pour into tall punch glass.
- decorate with whipped cream, curls of bitter chocolate and a cherry.
