Simple way to dress up plain old green beans.

Yummy!!! We enjoyed these with ribs on the grill. Awesome side dish!! Our kids loved it as well.

  1. Bring 2 qts. water and 2 tbls. salt to a boil in a Dutch oven; add beans. Cook 6 minutes or until crisp-tender;drain. Plunge into ice water to stop cooking process; drain.
  2. Saute garlic and tarragon in hot oil in Dutch oven over med. heat 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is tender. Do not brown garlic. add beans, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
