Garlic Shrimp No Yolks Noodles

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside.
  2. In medium saute pan, place 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add 3 teaspoons of the garlic, saute about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp, cook until pink and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Combine noodles and cooled shrimp, add green onions.
  7. In seperate bowl make dressing by combining 1/2 cup olive oil with 1 teaspoon garlic, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Mix throughly.
  9. Sprinkle parsley onto pasta mixture.
  10. Add dressing and toss.
  11. Let cool in refrigerator about 1/2 hour, Or For warm entree, severe immediately.
