- 14.79 ml butter or 14.79 ml margarine
- 453.59 g can small whole potatoes, drained (I cooked new red potatoes)
- 1.23 ml garlic salt (I used garlic powder)
- 2.46 ml fresh parsley, minced (I used dried)
directions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Cook and stir for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley.
