I made 1/4 of this recipe a cpl of dys ago for use w/another recipe, but forgot to review it till just now. I picked it because it had GARLIC in the title & I love all things w/lots of garlic in them. It was so easy to fix & very good! I have never made hummus b4 & you cannot buy it here, so I am a happy hummus camper now! I am sorry that in my haste to fix the other recipe, I forgot to take a photo of this one & will try to remember that next time. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.
