This is my favorite summer salad. I came across this recipe in my Pampered Chef book. Cook time is "chill" time.

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Rinse pasta, drain and cool.
  3. Place cooked pasta in bowl with remaining ingredients.
  4. In separate bowl, whisk red wine vinegar, mustard and garlic until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Pour over salad and toss lightly to combine.
  6. Cover and chill before serving.
