  1. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and soda.
  3. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, molasses, and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs, then cocoa, then the chocolate.
  5. Stir in 1/2 of the flour, then fold in the remainder.
  6. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  7. Drop walnut-sized mounds of dough on sheet.
  8. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
