  1. Choose fruit to match or contrast the gelatin flavor chosen. Berries or something that shows well is best.
  2. Whip cream. Add sugar.
  3. Make gelatin mold with package, boiling water, lemon rind and yogurt.
  4. When unmolded on serving plate, embellish with the whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with the fresh fruit.
