    cookee monster's Note:

I got this from the Land O'Lakes web site. This is what I use for Pumpkin Muffins Pumpkin Muffins and Roll-Out Cookies Roll-Out Cookies. Add what ever food coloring you like for the cookies. I've also frozen what I haven't used. You may need to add a drop or two of milk to smooth it out after it thaws. # of servings is a guess. *I have also used this to decorate flag cookies. To make the lines I added another 1-2 tablespoons of milk so that the frosting sort of ran off of the spatula. Then I put it squeeze bottles to apply to the cookies.

This was a good tasty frosting. It had the right amount a vanilla flavor. We used it for frosting sugar cookies. The only thing I would do differently is to cream the sugar a bit first because mine was not as warm as I would have liked and so I had to beat it a lot to get rid of the lumps.
