I do this same recipe without the baking powder. Tony Chachere's more spice is super.

  1. Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  2. Add seasoning (I use Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning) to flour mixture. Soak liver in milk and egg.
  3. Drain.
  4. Shake in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil.
