- Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Add seasoning (I use Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning) to flour mixture. Soak liver in milk and egg.
- Shake in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil.
I do this same recipe without the baking powder. Tony Chachere's more spice is super.
