"This comes from the WSU extension office. Some of the amounts aren't given so mine are in parentheses. These are very good and can be made without meat. Try other veggies and different herbs like mint or cilantro."

  • Cook rice noodles by package directions and set aside.
  • Lay sliced meat, shrimp, carrots, sprouts and leaves on plate in a buffet style.
  • Take one wrapper and gently submerge into warm liquid for 1/2 minute to soften.
  • Put a small amount of noodle and other items on the wrapper and fold. Do not overfill.
  • Dip into peanut sauce or hot sauce.
