- 680.38 g lean ground beef
- 141.74-198.44 g fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 118.29 ml minced onion
- 78.78 ml fresh parsley, minced
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 177.44 ml v- 8 juice
- 59.14 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 59.14 ml fine dry breadcrumb
- garlic powder
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. The mixture should be fairly moist. If not moist enough, add more tomato juice.
- Form into a loaf in a 1-quart loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour.
