French Onion Dip

ingredients
- 0.11 lb bacon, diced
- 3⁄4 cup egg mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 0.08 lb French onion soup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 green onion, chopped
directions
- Heat a fry pan over moderate heat.
- Cook bacon till crispy.
- Drain on a paper towel and cool.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except green onion, add bacon.
- Chill till needed.
- Top with green onion.

yip, yip, YaY! Right on, and oh so good. Bacon, mayo, green onion, and did I say, "bacon"? Oh man, a great tasting dip that doesn't even need any crackers or potato chips, just a spoon! This is great! Really easy, and made with ingredients I already have on hand! I really love the addition of the mayo! I had only had it with the sour cream before and the mayo really kicks it up, plus I love mayo! :) I also used dried green onions and I stirred them in before chilling! Thanks for posting kate! {Made for Holiday Tag Fall 2009 :) ]
