Here is a new take on a ham and cheese sandwich


  1. Mix together butter, mustard, poppy seeds and onions.
  2. Spread some mixture on each croissant. Top with ham and cheese slices. Wrap with foil. (Can be made to this point early in the day).
  3. Bake 325 degrees, 15 minutes.
