Fondue Horseradish Sauce

"One of five different fondue sauces I have posted. Prep time does not include chill time."

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup prepared horseradish
• 1 pint sour cream
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt

directions

1. Combine all ingredients, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Chill until ready to serve.

Excellent!! We really enjoyed this easy to make and very tasty horseradish sauce. I used it as a dip for deep fried mushrooms and chicken livers. Made for Football Pool 2011. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!
