Fun dip to serve with tortilla chips
- 4 (15 ounce) cansdrained black beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans red beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans or 4 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
- 1 large chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow, orange)
- 1 large chopped red onion
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels (broiled or 1 stir-fried to remove juice)
- 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, no seeds
- 4 chopped roma tomatoes
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley or 1⁄4 cup cilantro
- 3 limes, juice of
- 10 -20 drops Tabasco sauce
- chop veggies and mix together.
- chill before serving with tortilla chips.
