Fiesta Bean Dip

"Fun dip to serve with tortilla chips"

• Ingredients: 10
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 4 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans or (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
• 1 large chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow, orange)
• 1 large chopped red onion
• 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels (broiled or 1 stir-fried to remove juice)
• 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, no seeds
• 4 chopped roma tomatoes
• 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley or 1/4 cup cilantro
• 3 limes, juice of
• 10 -20 drops Tabasco sauce
• salt

directions

1. chop veggies and mix together.
2. chill before serving with tortilla chips.
