- 1 (7 ounce) jar pimento stuffed olives, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 (5 3/4 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 (4 ounce) packagecrumbled feta cheese
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
- Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
