Flat Belly Diet lunch
- 1 santa fe whole wheat homestyle tortilla
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 ounces turkey slices
- 1⁄4 cup sliced red onion
- 1⁄2 plum tomato, sliced
- 3 large romaine lettuce leaves
- Fill tortilla with remaining ingredients, roll, and enjoy.
Very good wrap! Made as written (minus the onions) and it was a nice light lunch. I liked the added crunch from the sunflower seeds (my fav). Will be making this again! Made for Fall 2012 PAC.
