- 1 leaf iceberg lettuce
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 pineapple ring
- French dressing
directions
- Lay the lettuce out on a plate.
- On top of the lettuce, put the pineapple ring.
- On top of the pineapple ring, put the cream cheese.
- Drizzle the salad lightly with french dressing and ENJOY.

I grew up in a small town, where I remain to this day. My cooking career began with an easy bake oven and it was all uphill from there. Now with a family of my own, I find myself having to modify old recipes and create new ones to satisfy the family's "colorful" tastes.
