1 3/4 lb Alaskan salmon
- 1 maui onion
- 1 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 lb gingerroot
- 1 cup Hellmanns Mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup oyster sauce
directions
- Pre-heat over to 375'.
- place salmon "skin side' down on foil.
- "foil needs to be large enough to seal salmon".
- spread the 1/2 cup of mayonase evenly over salmon.
- shred entire ginger root and cover salmon.
- virtically slice onion and tomato.
- seperate onio slices "onion ring style".
- cover entire fillet with the onion slices.
- place tomato slices down the middle of fillet.
- drizzle the 1/2 cup of oyster sauce over fillet.
- seal foil.
- place salmon into 375' pre-heated oven & cook for 35min "if frozen" 45.
- slice and serve with steamed white rice.
