My husband got this recipe from another guy at work. He made this for a dinner for me when I was still a vegetarian. Being as he never cooks I was amazed at how good this was.

This was really good and delicious, and I do like the kick that the salsa brings, especially when it is combined with the other ingredients. I used regular water with this recipe.

  1. Saute onions in the oil.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Simmer 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over tomato slices.
